    Add your measurements at checkout using our women’s measuring guide, or send the ones you already have. There are no standard sizes here.

    We send a free test garment

    Before any final cloth is cut, we build a test version to your measurements and ship it to your home so the fit is proven on your body first.

    You confirm the fit at home

    Try it on over your usual layers, check the shoulders, sleeves, and length, and send your notes and photos. Nothing is cut in your final cloth until the fit is confirmed.

    We tailor it and ship worldwide

    Every adjustment is applied, then your coat is cut and hand-tailored in your chosen cloth and shipped by FedEx, DHL, or UPS with full tracking, Your test garment takes 3 to 4 weeks to make and your final coat 3 to 4 weeks once you confirm the fit, and each arrives 5 to 10 days after dispatch.     Which fabrics can I choose for my coat?
    Depending on the style, you can choose pure wool, wool-cashmere blends for warmth and softness, cotton velvet for the statement pieces, and leather for the Dark Knight coat. Each product page lists the cloths available, and we can advise on the best choice for your climate and how you plan to wear the coat.

    Can I choose the length of my coat?
    Yes. Because every coat is made to your measurements, you tell us your preferred length, from a cropped or mid-thigh cut to a full-length coat, and we draft it to your height and proportions. Note your preference in the order, and the test garment stage lets you confirm the length on your body before the final cloth is cut.

    How does the fit work, and is there a guarantee?
    Each coat is made to your measurements with no standard sizes, and before we cut your final cloth we send a free test garment so the fit is confirmed on your body, including room for your usual layers. You try it on at home, check the shoulders, sleeves, and length, and send any adjustments, which we apply before cutting the final coat. The test garment is yours to keep.

    Can you make a custom coat that is not listed?
    Yes. If you want a specific coat, whether a historical Victorian design, a screen-accurate piece, or your own idea, send us reference images and a description. We assess the construction, confirm the cloth and details, and provide a quote before any work begins, then build it to your measurements with the same free test garment as every order.

    How long does it take, and do you ship worldwide?
    Your test garment takes 3 to 4 weeks to make and arrives 5 to 10 days after dispatch. Once you confirm the fit, your final coat takes 3 to 4 weeks to make and arrives 5 to 10 days after dispatch. We ship worldwide by FedEx, DHL, or UPS with full tracking. For a dated event, order with a comfortable margin so there is time for the test garment and any adjustments before your final coat is made.
