A test garment is cut in a lower-cost fabric to your exact measurements and shipped to you before any work begins on the final piece. This is how fit is confirmed — not guessed.

You try it and send fit notes

Try on the test garment and note anything that needs adjusting — jacket length, seat room, shoulder width, trouser break. Detailed notes mean the final suit arrives right.

Final suit is cut in the correct fabric

Once fit is approved, the final piece is cut in the screen-inspired fabric — pinstripe wool, sharkskin, linen, corduroy, suede, or silk depending on the garment — and constructed to the adjusted pattern.
