In some cases, fabrics may be provided by the client or sourced locally or internationally on the client’s behalf. Fabric sourcing is carried out as part of the tailoring service and is not offered as a standalone product sale.

Shipping and Delivery
All garments are produced on a made-to-order basis. Delivery timelines include both production and shipping time. While we work to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to production requirements, courier issues, or customs processes.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit, but we will assist in resolving issues where possible.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
