From Kathmandu to the World
Baron Boutique was founded in Kathmandu, Nepal in the year 2000. The workshop began by building custom-tailored garments for the international travelers who came through the city — people who wanted something made to their body and their brief, not pulled from a rack. Those early clients carried the work home with them. Word spread. The client list grew.
Twenty-five years later, Baron Boutique has served more than 15,000 clients worldwide. The Kathmandu workshop — where every bespoke garment is still cut, sewn, and finished by hand — remains the foundation of everything. Dubai now hosts the international operations office, bespoke tailoring services, client correspondence, and logistics for buyers across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and beyond.

Bespoke Tailoring and Formalwear
Silk suits, frock coats, ceremonial garments, and structured formalwear built to your measurements with canvas front construction, hand-finished details, and ample seam allowances for future alteration. These are not made-to-measure approximations — each pattern is drafted from scratch for the individual.
Cinematic and Collector Outerwear
Baron Boutique is known internationally for screen-inspired commissions: dramatic long coats, historical frock coats, and fantasy outerwear built with artisanal craftsmanship. These garments are custom-made for collectors and serious cosplayers who know the difference between a costume and a finely tailored garment.
Handloomed Cashmere and Accessories
Handloomed cashmere shawls and handcrafted scarves woven in Nepal, where cashmere craftsmanship has existed for centuries. Available in custom colorways, custom dimensions, and with personalized finishing. These are not warehouse cashmere — each piece is woven individually and finished by hand.
Statement Outerwear and Custom Commissions

How Every Garment Is Made
Every Baron Boutique garment begins with your measurements. For complex garments — particularly below-ankle outerwear where fit is the least forgiving — we build a complete test garment in cotton first, ship it to you for fitting, take your adjustment notes, correct the pattern, and then cut the final cloth. This is not a premium add-on. It is how we guarantee fit for clients ordering from anywhere in the world.
Every garment is made by a human tailor. The tailoring team has been based in Kathmandu since the workshop’s founding. Construction standards — canvas fronts, hand-stitched armholes, hand-finished buttonholes, ample seam allowances — are applied consistently across every piece, whether the order is a USD300 accessory or a USD2,000 bespoke commission.
We answer emails. Our clients return because the fit is right and the correspondence is honest. If we cannot meet a deadline, we say so before you order. If a commission requires adjustment after delivery, we resolve it.
