A white linen suit with vest is the most unforgiving three-piece combination you can wear. White hides nothing, linen amplifies every fit error, and three pieces must all fit the same body. Every suit on this page is cut to your measurements in 100% linen, with jacket, vest, and trousers fitted individually. Your order includes a free test suit so all three pieces are confirmed before we cut your cloth.
Follow these simple steps to ensure your custom garment fits you perfectly. All you need is a flexible measuring tape.
You do not have to get this perfect. Send us your best measurements and we craft a free test garment to your numbers first, so the fit is confirmed on your body before we cut your final cloth. Every piece is custom made to your measurements, and the test garment is yours to keep.

Jacket Measurements
Suits, Blazers, Shirts, Vests & Coats
Desired Jacket (Garment) Length Shoulder to Hem
Stand straight in a natural posture with your arms relaxed at your sides.
Start measuring from the top of your shoulder, right next to the base of your neck.
Measure straight down along the front of your body to where you want the jacket to end.
Keep the tape straight and do not curve it around the body.
Neck Circumference
Stand straight and look forward in a relaxed position.
Wrap the measuring tape around the base of your neck where a shirt collar would naturally sit.
Keep the tape level all the way around.
For comfort, leave space for one finger between the tape and your neck.
Shoulder Width Across the Back
Stand naturally with shoulders relaxed, do not pull them back.
Measure from the edge of one shoulder to the edge of the other shoulder across your back.
Follow the natural curve of the shoulders for an accurate measurement.
Keep the tape flat and do not measure too high near the neck.
Desired Sleeve Length
Stand straight with your arm relaxed in a natural posture.
Start measuring from the edge of your shoulder where the sleeve seam would sit.
Measure down your arm to where you want the sleeve to end.
Keep the tape following the outside of the arm and avoid bending the elbow.
Chest Circumference
Stand up straight with your arms relaxed at your sides.
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, typically right under your armpits.
Keep the tape parallel to the floor.
The tape should be snug but not tight enough to restrict breathing.
Stomach Circumference
Stand up straight with your arms relaxed at your sides.
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your stomach, usually above the waistband and around the belly button area.
Keep the tape parallel to the floor.
Hold snug but do not compress the skin.
Hip Circumference
Stand with your feet together and your body relaxed.
Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your hips and seat.

Relax your arm and keep your hand in a natural position.
Wrap the measuring tape around your wrist bone, where a watch would sit.
Keep the tape snug but not tight.
Leave room for one finger between the tape and your wrist for comfort.

Trouser Waist Where Your Trousers Sit
Identify the exact position where you normally wear your trouser waistband, typically just below your navel.
Measure around your bare waist at this exact point, keeping the tape level and parallel to the floor.
Stand in a relaxed, natural posture. Do not suck in or push out your stomach.
The tape should be snug but not tight, you should be able to place one finger between the tape and your body.
Hip Circumference
Stand with your feet together and your body relaxed.

Trouser Leg Opening Hem Width
Lay a well-fitting pair of trousers flat on a table or smooth surface.
Smooth out the fabric so there are no wrinkles at the hem.
Measure straight across the bottom hem from one edge to the other (flat width).
Do not measure around the full opening, this measurement is taken flat across.
Rise Crotch to Crotch
Stand straight in a relaxed posture.
Start measuring from the back waistband where you normally wear your trousers.
Bring the tape between your legs and up to the front waistband.
Keep the tape close to the body for an accurate rise measurement, without pulling it too tight.
Before You Order
Your questions, answered
Ordering a garment made to your measurements should feel reassuring, not nerve-racking. Here are the doubts men most often have, and exactly why you can set them aside.
I have never bought a suit I could not try on in a shop first. How do I know it will fit?
Because you do try it on first. Once you send your measurements, we make a free test garment in a stand-in cloth cut to your numbers and post it to you. You put it on at home, check the shoulders, chest, waist, and length, move around in it, and send us your notes and a couple of photos. Only once you are happy do we cut your final cloth, so the finished suit is not a leap of faith, it is a fit you have already seen and approved on your own body.
I am worried I will measure myself wrong.
You do not have to get it perfect. The videos and steps above walk you through each measurement one at a time, a friend or a local tailor can help with the ones that are easier with a second pair of hands, and if you are unsure you can send your best numbers. The free test garment exists precisely to catch anything slightly off, we see the fit on your body and adjust before your final cloth is touched, so a first-try measurement is completely normal.
I have always struggled to find clothes that fit me. Broad shoulders, an athletic build, a longer or shorter torso, or a fuller waist. Is this really for someone like me?
It is made for exactly you. The men who fight hardest with off-the-rack are the ones who benefit most here, because there is no standard size to squeeze into. We cut to your proportions, broad shoulders with a trimmer waist, a fuller stomach with a shorter jacket length, a long or short back, so the garment follows your body instead of forcing your body into a shape it is not. There is nothing wrong with your build; there are only your measurements.
My body is not symmetrical, one shoulder sits lower or my posture is not textbook. Can you cut for that?
Yes. A garment made to your measurements is built for real bodies, not idealized ones. Note anything particular in your order, or simply show us on the test garment, and we adjust the cut, a lower shoulder, a fuller seat, a forward stance, and confirm it before the final cloth is cut. This is exactly what the process does that a size on a rack never can.
It is a lot to spend on something custom made. What is my safety net?
Your safety net is that nothing final, and nothing costly, is cut until you have approved the fit on the free test garment. You are not paying for a gamble, you are paying for a garment whose fit you have already confirmed on your own body. And a well-made piece that actually fits gets worn for years, so the cost per wear is usually far lower than the compromise suits and jackets that sit unworn in the wardrobe.
I need this for a wedding or a specific event and I am anxious it will not be right on the day.
Tell us the date when you order and we plan the whole timeline back from it, including the free test-garment stage, so there is time to confirm the fit and make any adjustments with room to spare. For a dated event we recommend ordering two to three months ahead. Because you approve the fit on the test garment before the final piece is cut, you are not walking into your event hoping it fits, you already know it does.
What if it arrives and something is still not quite right?
The final garment is cut to the exact fit you signed off on the test garment, so surprises are rare by design. If a small tweak is ever needed, your finished piece carries seam allowances so a local tailor can fine-tune it, and you can always contact us and we will help make it right. You are never left alone with something that does not work.
What if my weight changes before the event, or later on?
Take your measurements as close to the date as you can, and if your size shifts before we cut the final cloth we simply work to your new numbers. For afterwards, your finished garment is made with seam allowances so a local tailor can take it in or let it out within reason, and we keep your measurements on record, so ordering another piece that fits is simple whenever you want one.
Do I really need someone to help me, or can I do this alone?
You can absolutely do it alone. Most measurements are straightforward to take on yourself with the videos above, and only a few, like across the back and shoulders, are simply easier with a friend holding the tape. Either way, the free test garment is the real check: whatever you measure, you confirm the fit on your body before anything final is made.

The White Linen Suit With Vest That Fits All Three Pieces to Your Body
A white linen suit with vest is the most unforgiving three-piece combination you can wear. Every millimeter of misfit is visible. White fabric hides nothing. Linen amplifies a bad shoulder or a pulling chest more than any other cloth. And three pieces means three separate garments that must fit the same body, at the same time, on the most photographed day of your life.
Here is the problem most buyers do not think about until they are standing in a fitting room the week before the wedding: off-the-rack three-piece suits are cut to a single size. The jacket, vest, and trousers come in the same size because they are sold as a set. If your chest is a 42 and your waist is a 34, one of those pieces will be wrong. Usually the vest. The vest sits over the shirt and under the jacket, with nowhere to hide. A vest that gaps at the button stand or pulls across the back does not look like a relaxed linen suit. It looks like it does not fit.
Every suit on this page is cut to your measurements — jacket, vest, and trousers as three individually fitted pieces in 100% linen. And before we cut your white linen, we send you a free test suit to confirm the fit of all three pieces at home.
100% Linen Three-Piece: Jacket, Vest & Trousers Canvas Front 18 Colors Free Test Suit Made to Your Measurements
The Fit Guarantee
Free Test Suit — All Three Pieces Fitted Before We Cut Your Linen
Every Baron order begins with a test suit in a plain fabric, shipped to you by trackable courier. You try on the jacket, vest, and trousers at home. You check each piece separately — chest, shoulders, sleeve length, vest stance, trouser break — and tell us what needs adjusting.
This matters more on a three-piece linen suit than on almost any other garment. A single-piece wool blazer bought for the office can carry a minor fit issue. An all-white linen suit with vest worn at your wedding, in photographs that will exist for decades, cannot. The test suit ensures every piece is right before your linen is cut.
The test suit is yours to keep at no extra charge once your order is complete.
Who This Is For
Who This Suit Is For
The Groom Who Wants to Look Right in Every Photo
Not just the ceremony shot. The candids. The speeches. The end of the reception. A white linen suit with vest made to your measurements looks the same at 11pm as it did at 4pm — because it was cut for your body, not adjusted to approximate it.
The Man Who Has Never Worn a Three-Piece and Doesn’t Know What Fit Looks Like on Him
Most men who order a three-piece for the first time have no reference point for how a vest should sit. The test suit solves this completely. You try it at home with no clock running and no salesperson involved. You figure out what feels right before anything is cut.
The Destination Wedding Groom
Beach ceremony. Rooftop reception. Outdoor dinner in July. You need a suit that works in heat and humidity for six hours. 100% linen with a canvas front and acetate-lined trousers is the construction specifically built for that environment. Polyester blends are not.
The Father of the Bride Who Wants to Stand Out Without Standing Out
A white linen three-piece suit reads as dressed with intention — neither trying too hard nor underdressed. In 18 colors from white to navy to burgundy, it works as a statement piece or as the suit you match to a theme without looking like you tried to match a theme.

Questions & Answers
Frequently Asked Questions
Why is a white linen suit with vest harder to get right off the rack than a regular suit?
Three reasons compound on each other. First, white fabric is merciless — there is no dark color to minimize the visual impact of a shoulder that sits wide or a chest that pulls. Second, linen amplifies fit issues because its drape is entirely dependent on how the garment was cut; unlike structured wool, linen has nothing internal to compensate for a bad fit. Third, the vest in a three-piece must fit a different part of your body than the jacket — your torso length, your chest-to-waist ratio, your shoulder width — and off-the-rack sets are sized as one unit. The result is almost always a vest that is visibly wrong even when the jacket looks acceptable.
How does the free test suit work for a three-piece?
When you place your order, you enter your measurements on the product page. We build a complete three-piece test suit — jacket, vest, and trousers — in a plain fabric and ship it by trackable courier. You try on all three pieces at home. You check each one: jacket chest and shoulders, vest button stance and back fit, trouser waist and break. You tell us anything that needs adjusting — even small details like a quarter-inch on the trouser hem or a centimeter on the vest length. We apply every change before cutting your linen. The test suit is yours to keep once your commission is complete.
Is this suit available in colors other than white?
Yes. The same three-piece construction is available in 18 colors: Black, Blue, Brown, Burgundy, Charcoal, Cornflower, Dark Blue, Grey, Herringbone Natural, Khaki, Lavender, Light Blue, Natural, Off White, Pink, Soft Tan, Turquoise, and White. All colors are the same price. The product is listed as the white linen suit with vest because white is the most searched version, but every color option is identical in construction.
Is the vest included in the price or is it an additional charge?
The vest is included. This is a true three-piece commission — jacket, vest, and trousers — at one price. No additional charge for the waistcoat.
Will linen wrinkle during a long event?
Linen creases naturally — that is part of the fabric’s character. What matters is whether those creases look intentional or accidental. A white linen suit with vest cut to your measurements creases along the lines of your body, which reads as relaxed and natural. A suit that doesn’t fit creases unevenly and randomly, which reads as sloppy. The fit is what determines whether linen looks considered or careless.
How far in advance should I order for a wedding?
We recommend ordering at least 8 to 10 weeks before your event. This allows time for the test suit to reach you, for any fit adjustments to be confirmed, and for your final linen suit to be made and shipped. If your timeline is tighter, contact us before ordering and we will confirm what is possible.
Where do you ship, and what does delivery look like?
We ship worldwide by trackable courier. Once your fit is confirmed and your suit is complete, courier delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking information as soon as your package ships.
Can the jacket be ordered without the vest?
Yes. If you want a two-piece white linen suit — jacket and trousers only — we offer that separately. Contact us before placing your order and we will confirm pricing and availability.

Burgundy is having a genuine moment in menswear — runway-validated, worn by men who know the difference between a statement and a mistake. The problem is that almost every burgundy tuxedo available is polyester, and polyester turns burgundy from wine-dark and deliberate into something that reads under event lighting like a costume. Flannel is the fabric that makes the color credible. This mens burgundy flannel tuxedo is made to your measurements in Super 120s wool flannel with a silk satin shawl collar and a canvas front. Before we cut yours, we send a free test tuxedo so the fit is confirmed at home first.

Men’s Suit Fit Guide
How a Men’s Suit Should Fit
A suit is judged in the first few seconds and then worn for hours, so it has to be two things at once: sharp enough to command the room, and comfortable enough to sit, reach, and move through a long day. With a suit made to your measurements, fit is not a gamble. There are no standard sizes to squeeze into. You tell us the fit you want and your measurements, we cut the jacket and trousers to your body, and before we cut your final cloth we send a free test garment so the fit is confirmed on you first.
A suit like this is not a one-time purchase. Cut to your proportions and built properly, it becomes the piece you reach for at every wedding, interview, and dinner for years, and still feels like yours long after. This guide covers the four fits we offer and the points to check so it sits exactly the way you want.
Step One
Choose your fit
Slim
Closely tailored through the chest and waist with a lean trouser line. The sharpest, most modern silhouette, for a body-skimming look with less ease.
Standard
Shaped and tailored with a little more room through the body for comfort and movement. The most versatile choice and the one most men are happiest in.
Relaxed
The most room through the body, with a softer, easier line and a straighter trouser. Ideal if you like to layer or simply want maximum comfort.
Athletic
Cut for a built frame, with extra room through the chest, shoulders, and thigh and a trimmer waist, so a muscular or V-shaped build fits cleanly with no pulling.
Step Two
The fit checkpoints
Shoulders
The seam sits right at the edge of your shoulder, where the arm meets the body, with no overhang and no pulling. This is the line we cut most precisely to you, because the shoulder is the hardest area to alter later.
Chest & button
The jacket closes cleanly with no strain, no gaping, and no X-shaped pull at the button. A well-cut chest lets you fasten the jacket and still breathe and move.
Waist & length
The jacket takes in gently at the waist for shape, closely on a slim fit, softly on a classic fit, and ends around the middle of your hand when your arms hang relaxed.
Sleeve & trouser
The jacket sleeve finishes at the wrist bone with a little shirt cuff showing. The trouser breaks lightly at the shoe or skims to a clean ankle, whichever you choose. You set all of these.
Every suit is made to your measurements with no standard sizing, in the fit you choose. A free test garment confirms the shoulders, chest, waist, and length on your body before your final cloth is cut, and the test garment is yours to keep.
Your Worries, Answered
The doubts most men have, and why you can relax
I have never bought a suit I could not try on in a shop first. How do I know it will fit?
Because you do try it on first. After you send your measurements, we make a free test garment in a stand-in cloth to those numbers and post it to you. You put it on at home, check the shoulders, chest, waist, and length, and send us your notes and a couple of photos. Only once you are happy do we cut your final cloth, so the finished suit is not a leap of faith, it is a fit you have already seen and approved on your own body.
I have always struggled to find a suit that fits. Broad shoulders, an athletic build, a fuller waist, a long or short torso. Is this really for me?
It is made for exactly you. The men who fight hardest with off-the-rack are the ones who gain the most here, because there is no fixed size to force yourself into. We cut to your proportions, broad shoulders with a trimmer waist, a fuller stomach with the right jacket length, a long or short back, so the suit follows your body instead of the other way around. There is nothing wrong with your build; there are only your measurements.
I am nervous I will measure myself wrong.
You do not have to be perfect. Our guide walks you through each measurement, a friend or a local tailor can help with the tricky ones, and if you are unsure you can send your best numbers. The free test garment exists to catch anything slightly off before it matters, we see the fit on your body and adjust, so an imperfect first measurement is completely normal.
I need it for a wedding or a specific event and I am anxious it will not be right on the day.
Tell us the date when you order and we plan the whole timeline back from it, including the free test-garment stage, so there is room to confirm the fit and make any adjustments with time to spare. For a dated event we recommend ordering two to three months ahead. Because you approve the fit on the test garment before the final suit is cut, you are not walking in hoping it fits, you already know it does.
It is a lot to spend on one suit. What is my safety net?
Nothing final, and nothing costly, is cut until you have approved the fit on the free test garment, so you are never paying for a gamble. And a suit that actually fits gets worn again and again, to weddings, interviews, dinners, for years, so the cost spread across all that wear is usually far lower than the compromise suits that sit unworn in the wardrobe.
Will I still be happy with it in a few years, or is this just for one occasion?
It is built to be owned, not used once. We cut a timeless line rather than a passing trend, and the suit is constructed properly with quality cloth and generous seam allowances, so it holds its shape and can be adjusted as you change. Most men find the suit becomes a quiet favourite, the one they trust for anything important, and five years on it still feels like theirs. That is the difference between owning a suit and simply buying one.
What if it arrives and something is still not right?
The final suit is cut to the exact fit you approved on the test garment, so surprises are rare by design. If a small tweak is ever needed, the finished suit carries generous seam allowances so a local tailor can fine-tune it, and you can always contact us and we will help make it right. You are never left alone with a suit that does not work.
What if my weight changes over the years?
Take your measurements as close to your order as you can, and if your size shifts before we cut the final cloth we simply work to your new numbers. For later on, the finished suit is made with seam allowances so a local tailor can take it in or let it out within reason, and we keep your measurements on record, so ordering another piece that fits is simple whenever you want one.
