Transit time is additional to production and is confirmed with your quote, since it depends on destination and customs.

Why Partner With Baron Boutique?

We are a bespoke tailoring house, not a mass manufacturer. Every garment is cut and sewn after your customer orders it, by tailors who have been doing this since 2000. That changes what a retail partnership can look like: you are not buying into a season someone else designed, you are commissioning what your own customers actually ask for.
Whether you are expanding a menswear floor, adding womenswear, introducing screen-inspired pieces for collectors, or bringing in handwoven cashmere scarves, shawls, and sweaters, the work is made to your brief. Garments are made from superfine wool, wool-cashmere blends, silk-blend fabrics, and linen and linen blends, and cashmere is handwoven in Nepal.
If a piece is not right for your customer, we would rather tell you before it is cut than after. That is the part of a partnership that usually matters most.

• Multiple Product Formats: Bespoke for a customer measured in your store, made to your measurements for a guided remote fit, or pre-defined sizes for a rail. Combine all three in one order.
• We Can Hold Your Stock: Commission a run, leave it with us, and we ship piece by piece to your customers as their orders arrive. See Two Ways to Buy below.
• Materials That Justify Your Price: Superfine wool, wool-cashmere blends, silk blends, linen and linen blends, and 100% cashmere. Your customer can feel the difference, which is what makes a premium price defensible on your floor.
• Known Cost Before You Commit: You work from a wholesale price list. Your margin is yours to set, and you set it knowing exactly what the piece costs you.
• Made in Our Own Atelier: Hand-cutting, tailoring, and quality control all happen in our own workshop in Kathmandu. Nothing is subcontracted out, so when something needs fixing there is one place to fix it.
• Flexible Branding: Carry the Baron Boutique label, your own, a new label built for your store, or a co-brand.

Two Ways to Buy, and What Each One Costs You

We do not hold a warehouse of finished goods waiting for a buyer. Nothing at Baron Boutique is made before someone orders it. That said, there are two different ways to work with us, and they carry genuinely different risk.

Worth being straight about the difference. In the first, you own nothing until a customer has paid you. In the second, the stock is yours from the moment it is made, so the risk is real, but you never give up floor space, stockroom, or capital to a shelf. Retailers use the second route for pre-defined sizes, for fast-moving cashmere accessories, and for online stores that want same-week dispatch without a warehouse.

Our Partnership Philosophy

Retailers are not simply our customers, they are our partners. We do better when your floor does better, so we shape the relationship around how you actually trade.
That starts with questions rather than a pitch. Who is your customer, what do they pay, what have you tried that did not sell, and where is the gap you cannot currently fill? A high-end boutique and a niche specialist need different things from the same atelier, and pretending otherwise wastes your money before it wastes ours.

Every Baron Boutique product carries our label as standard. As a retail partner you can instead:

Supply your woven labels, care labels, and hang tags and we will integrate them during finishing, or we can advise on placement and sourcing if you are starting from nothing.
