    How do I know your cashmere is real Grade A cashmere?
    Our sweaters are knitted from 100% pure Grade A cashmere, the highest grade, made from the longest and finest fibers (around 14 to 15.5 microns thick and 34 to 36 mm long). Grade A cashmere feels soft rather than scratchy, is lightweight yet very warm, and resists pilling far better than shorter Grade B or C fibers. Real cashmere also warms quickly to the touch and springs back when gently stretched rather than staying misshapen. Because ours is hand-knitted to order from sustainably sourced fiber, you get the genuine article, not a cashmere blend.

    Where are your cashmere sweaters made?
    Each sweater is hand-knitted in Nepal by artisans who have worked with Himalayan cashmere for generations. The fiber is sustainably sourced and dyed with eco-friendly colors, and the knitting is done to your size and fit rather than mass-produced, which is what makes each piece wearable art.

    Can I choose the color and fit?
    Yes. Every sweater is made to order, so you choose the color and how you want it to fit, from a close turtleneck to a relaxed, boxy dropped-shoulder cut. If you want a shade that is not shown, such as a specific orange, rust, or neutral, tell us and we knit it to your request.

    How do I care for my cashmere sweater?
    Hand-wash your cashmere in cool water with a gentle cashmere or wool wash, or use a delicate cycle in a mesh bag, then reshape it and dry it flat rather than hanging it. Store it folded, not on a hanger, to keep its shape. Cared for this way, Grade A cashmere softens with age and lasts for many years.

    How long does it take, and do you ship worldwide?
    Because each sweater is hand-knitted to order, it takes a little longer than an off-the-shelf piece, and we ship worldwide by FedEx, DHL, or UPS with full tracking. If you need it for a specific date, tell us and we will confirm the timeline before you order.
