Shipping & Delivery

All garments are made to order based on each customer’s measurements and preferences.

IMPORTANT: Shipping Policy Update (Effective February 1, 2026)

After 25 years of free worldwide shipping, we must adjust our shipping policy due to significant courier rate increases.

Our bespoke tailoring process involves two separate international shipments per order (test garment + final garment). As global shipping rates have risen significantly in recent years, the cost of providing this level of personalized service has increased accordingly.

This adjustment allows us to continue delivering the same meticulous craftsmanship, personalized fitting process, and quality standards that have defined Baron Boutique since 2000.

New Shipping Fees (Effective February 1, 2026):

  • United Kingdom: $36.75 per order
  • Europe: $36.75 per order
  • Americas: $42.25 per order
  • Asia: $30.25 per order
  • Australia & Oceania: $48.30 per order
  • Africa & Rest of World: $53.75 per order

What This Covers: Your shipping fee includes both the test garment delivery AND final garment delivery — two complete international shipments to your location.

We continue to absorb a significant portion of actual shipping costs and remain committed to treating all customers fairly, regardless of location.

✓ Free Shipping on Accessories

All scarves, ties, pocket squares, and non-tailored accessories ship FREE worldwide, just as they always have. The shipping fees above apply only to our bespoke, tailored garments.

Production & Delivery Times

We do not keep garments in stock. All products are handmade to the measurements of each customer. Our lead times are as follows:

Production timelines may vary slightly depending on fabric availability, order complexity, and measurement confirmation.

Shipping Method & Tracking

All orders are shipped via international air courier (FedEx, DHL, or UPS). Estimated delivery time after dispatch is typically 4 to 9 business days worldwide. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, and customs clearance.

Tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Baron Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or factors beyond our control. However, we will assist in resolving any delivery issues where possible.

Delivery Requirements

The delivery courier requires a signature upon delivery. We recommend shipping your order to your office to ensure you don’t miss the delivery. If shipping to your home address, you may reschedule the delivery with the courier if needed.

Delivery Restrictions

Delivery to PO boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO) is not possible.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs policies vary by country and are determined by local authorities. Baron Boutique has no control over these charges and cannot predict or guarantee whether they will be applied.

Any customs duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping provider. Ownership of the garment remains with the customer upon dispatch.

Rush Service

Rush service is available upon request and subject to production capacity. While we will prioritise such orders, delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us before placing your order if you have a specific deadline.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the shipping fee cover both the test garment and the final garment?
Yes. The flat shipping fee per order covers two complete international shipments — your test garment first, then your final garment after feedback. You are not charged separately for each shipment.
Why did Baron Boutique introduce shipping fees after 25 years of free shipping?
International courier rates (FedEx, DHL, UPS) increased by 50–100% across all destinations effective 2026. Because every bespoke order involves two separate shipments, absorbing the full cost was no longer sustainable. We continue to absorb a significant portion of the actual cost — the fees shown are a partial recovery only.
Do cashmere scarves, ties, and accessories have a shipping fee?
No. All non-tailored accessories — including cashmere scarves, shawls, ties, and pocket squares — ship free worldwide, just as they always have. The shipping fee applies only to bespoke tailored garments.
How long does the entire process take from order to receiving my final garment?
The process has two stages. Your test garment takes approximately 4 weeks (21 business days production + shipping 4-9 business days). After you send us your feedback, your final garment takes another 4 weeks. Total time from order to final delivery is typically 6 to 8 weeks for most customers. Knit products, cashmere scarves, shawls, and accessories are typically ready in 16–23 business days total (including shipping). Keep in mind that timelines can vary slightly based on fabric availability, order complexity, and how quickly measurements are confirmed.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Possibly, depending on your country. Customs duties and import taxes are determined by your local authorities and are entirely outside our control. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility. Any duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.
Can I get my order faster with rush service?
Yes. Rush service is available upon request at no additional cost, subject to production capacity. Contact us before placing your order if you have a deadline. While we will prioritise rush orders, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
What happens if my order is delayed by the courier?
Once your order is dispatched, delivery responsibility transfers to the courier. Baron Boutique is not liable for courier delays, but we will do everything we can to help resolve delivery issues. You will receive full tracking information by email at the time of dispatch.
Can I ship to a PO box or military address?
No. Our courier services (FedEx, DHL, UPS) do not deliver to PO boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Please provide a residential or business address where a signature can be given at the time of delivery.
