I ordered this coat with several custom specs (using a different fabric, velvet collar, etc) and BB accommodated all of my requests. The test garment didn’t fit perfectly, but after I sent them photos of it so they could make adjustments the final coat was a great fit.
Shipping/production was very quick– the test garment came ~2.5 weeks after ordering and the final product about 3-4 weeks later.
