Alteration, Return, and Refund

Return Policy Summary

  • Return window: 60 days from the date of delivery
  • Return method: By mail
  • Return cost: Free (if the return is due to quality or fabrication issues)
  • Eligibility: Items must be in original condition. Returns are accepted for quality, fit, or damage-related issues.
  • Try-on garments: Do not need to be returned and are yours to keep
  • Non-tailoring products: All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged. In such cases, a return or exchange is accepted within 60 days.

At Baron Boutique, each garment is custom-made by hand based on your measurements, fabric choices, and customization requests. We strive to ensure a perfect fit through careful adherence to our measurement instructions.

Try-On Garment Service

We offer a free try-on garment service to help you perfect the fit, style, and measurements of your final garment. This service includes free worldwide shipping for both the test garment and the final garment. You do not need to return the test garment, and it is yours to keep. Read the How It Works page for a detailed ordering process.

Alterations

If your final garment requires adjustments, you can take it to a local tailor using our alterations form. Submit the completed form and your receipt to customerservice@baronboutique.com for reimbursement. The maximum reimbursement amounts are:

Suit (2 & 3 pieces) – $50
Jackets – $35
Pants – $15
Shirts – $10
Vest – $10

If your local tailor cannot meet your preferences, note the reasons on the alteration form and email photos of yourself in the garment to customerservice@baronboutique.com for further assistance. We offer free alterations year after year if your body measurements change, though shipping charges will apply.

Return

If any item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours by email or phone with your order number. We will rectify the issue immediately with the return instructions. You may return the garment within 60 days.

Refund

For quality or fabrication issues, email customerservice@baronboutique.com to return the garment. Upon receipt, you can request a full refund or a replacement garment. Return shipping charges will be refunded only if the return is due to our fault or error. You may return the garment within 60 days.

Non-Tailoring Products

All sales of non-tailoring products, including accessories, are final. If any non-tailored product or accessory arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours by email or phone with your order number for exchange or a full refund. You may return the product within 60 days.
