Alteration, Return, and Refund
Return Policy Summary
- Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Return method: By mail.
- Return eligibility: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days. Items must be in their original, unworn, and unaltered condition.
- Return shipping cost: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will refund return shipping if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damage, quality issue).
- Refund: Full refund to your original payment method.
At Baron Boutique, we are committed to your satisfaction. While each garment is custom-made to your specifications, we offer a clear and fair return policy.
Our Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unworn, and unaltered condition.
To start the return process, please email our customer service team at customerservice@baronboutique.com with your order number. We will provide you with detailed instructions for returning your item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a quality or fabrication issue, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide instructions for the return. In these cases, you can choose a full refund or a replacement garment, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be completed and credited to your account. Return shipping charges will be refunded only if the return is due to our fault or error.
Holiday Return Policy
We offer an extended return window for the holiday season. Orders placed between November 1st and December 31st can be returned up to January 31st of the following year.
Non-Tailoring Products & Accessories
Our standard 30-day return policy also applies to all non-tailoring products, including accessories. These items can be returned under the same conditions outlined in our main policy.
Custom Garment Services
Try-On Garment Service
We offer a free try-on garment service to help you perfect the fit, style, and measurements of your final garment. This service includes free worldwide shipping for both the test garment and the final garment. You do not need to return the test garment. Read the How It Works page for a detailed ordering process.
Alterations
If your final garment requires adjustments, you can take it to a local tailor. We offer an alteration reimbursement service to ensure a perfect fit. Please submit the completed alterations form and your receipt to customerservice@baronboutique.com for reimbursement. The maximum reimbursement amounts are:
- Suit (2 & 3 pieces) – $50
- Jackets – $35
- Pants – $15
- Shirts – $10
- Vest – $10
If your local tailor cannot meet your preferences, please email photos of yourself in the garment to us for further assistance. We offer free alterations year after year if your body measurements change, though shipping charges will apply.
