All garments are made to order based on each customer’s measurements and preferences.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Shipping Policy Update (Effective February 1, 2026)
After 25 years of free worldwide shipping, we must adjust our shipping policy due to significant courier rate increases.
International courier companies (FedEx, DHL, UPS) have raised their rates by 50-100% across all destinations. Because our bespoke tailoring process involves two separate international shipments per order (test garment + final garment), these increases have a substantial impact on our business.
New Shipping Fees (Effective February 1, 2026):
- United Kingdom: $36.75 per order
- Europe: $36.75 per order
- Americas: $42.25 per order
- Asia: $30.25 per order
- Australia & Oceania: $48.30 per order
- Africa & Rest of World: $53.75 per order
What This Covers:
Your shipping fee includes both the test garment delivery AND final garment delivery—two complete international shipments to your location.

- Production and delivery timeframes
We continue to absorb a significant portion of actual shipping costs and remain committed to treating all customers fairly, regardless of location.
✓ Free Shipping on Accessories
All scarves, ties, pocket squares, and non-tailored accessories ship FREE worldwide, just as they always have. The shipping fees above apply only to our bespoke, tailored garments.
Production & Delivery Times
We do not keep garments in stock. All products are handmade to the measurements of each customer. Our lead times are as follows:
- Tailored Garments:
- – Test Garments: 16 to 18 business days (including shipping)
- – Final Garments: 18 to 21 business days (including shipping)
- Knit Products: 14 to 16 business days (made to order, including shipping)
- Accessories: 12 to 16 business days (made to order, including shipping)
All garments are produced as part of a made-to-order tailoring service. Production timelines may vary slightly depending on fabric availability, order complexity, and measurement confirmation.
Shipping Method & Tracking
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is typically 4 to 6 business days worldwide. However, actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, and customs clearance.
All orders, including swatches, are shipped via international air courier (FedEx, DHL, or UPS). Tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
Baron Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or factors beyond our control. However, we will assist in resolving any delivery issues where possible.
Delivery Requirements
The delivery courier requires a signature upon delivery. We recommend shipping your order to your office to ensure you don’t miss the delivery. If shipping to your home address, you may reschedule the delivery with the courier if needed.
Delivery Restrictions
Delivery to PO boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO) is not possible.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs policies vary by country and are determined by local authorities. Baron Boutique has no control over these charges and cannot predict or guarantee whether they will be applied.
Any customs duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping provider. Ownership of the garment remains with the customer upon dispatch.
Rush Service
Rush service is available upon request and subject to production capacity. While we will prioritize such orders, delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed.
